DETROIT—The Detroit International Bridge Co. is in civil contempt of court for its failure to comply with a February 2010 order to complete work on ramps at the base of the Ambassador Bridge as outlined in an agreement with the Michigan Department of Transportation, Wayne County Circuit Judge Prentis Edwards said Nov. 3 (Mich. Dept. of Transp. v. Detroit Int’l Bridge Co.).
