A worker injured after falling about 12 feet from a warehouse shelving unit he was dismantling succeeded on his claim that the property owner violated a New York Labor Law provision by not giving him any safety equipment, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, held June 25 (Kharie v. S. Shore Record Mgmt., Inc., 2014 BL 178760, N.Y. App. Div., 2013-05809, 6/25/14).
