Appeals Court Issues Contempt Orders Against Missouri Company, Employees

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued civil contempt of court orders against a St. Louis company and two of its employees, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Feb. 11 (Solis v. Andre Tuckpointing & Brickwork and Solis v. Andre Stone & Mason Work Inc.).
