Yoram Kahn filed a proposed class suit alleging the retailer violated Illinois consumer protection laws and was unjustly enriched when his merchandise scanned and rang up at a higher price at checkout. Kahn said his attorneys found examples of such overcharges at stores in other states, including at two North Carolina stores that had previously been fined for price scanning errors.
