Uncapped Hewlett Packard Printer Settlement Gets Final Nod

Hewlett Packard Co. and consumers who allege it deceived them about the ease of printer installations got final approval for an uncapped class settlement that gives buyers $20 for each printer bought, according to a Central District of California opinion.

The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California also approved class counsel’s fee award of $859,456.
