Attorneys for the passengers and Uber tell a federal judge in Oakland, Calif., they’ve reached agreement on dismissal of class action case, signaling possible settlement.
Uber declined to comment, and the plaintiffs’ lawyer didn’t immediately respond to request for comment.
The case is Doe 1 v. Uber Technologies, Inc., C.C.N.D. Cal., No. 4:17-cv-06571-YGR, filing 12/13/18.
