Trump Corp., former President Donald Trump, and his three eldest children must litigate a would-be class action over their allegedly false and misleading promotion of ACN Opportunity LLC, after the Second Circuit said the lower court correctly denied their motion to arbitrate the plaintiffs’ claims.
Although the plaintiffs agreed to arbitrate certain disputes with ACN, it’s not a party to the lawsuit and the arbitration agreement doesn’t extend to the Trumps, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit said.
