Go 2 Transportation LLC will pay $1.3 million to settle Truth-in-Leasing claims by a class of 50 truck drivers under a deal that won preliminary approval Feb. 8.
The court found the settlement falls within the range of possible approval even though it found the parties’ plans for dealing with unclaimed funds insufficient.
“It is possible there will be no unclaimed funds and the issue will be moot,” Judge Roslyn O. Silver wrote for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
