Special Edition Dodge Challenger Owners Allege Hood Scoop Defect

A class of Californians who purchased a limited edition 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon in the state say FCA US LLC made misrepresentations and concealed a defect in the hood scoop which caused it to warm and damage the vehicle, a suit filed Thursday in federal court alleges.

The vehicle owners are seeking relief in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California for false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and failure to warrant, among other claims.
