Six Flags Fights Off Investor Allegations on China Park Problems

Six Flags Entertainment Corp. is free of a would-be class suit accusing it of misleading investors about planned new amusement parks in China after a federal judge in New York dismissed the case with prejudice.

The investors took issue with several Six Flags statements about its plans and partnership with a Chinese firm after the new parks didn’t pan out. But they didn’t sufficiently plead an actionable misstatement or omission, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas said.
