Nine cases alleging Seaboard Foods LLC conspired to illegally manipulate meat prices were dismissed Tuesday in the latest resolution of federal antitrust cases involving the pork industry.
Judge John Tunheim of the US District Court for the District of Minnesota approved a stipulation of dismissal involving the cases against Seaboard, with parties agreeing to pay their own costs and attorneys’ fees.
