Saks Can’t Escape Outlet Shoe Buyer’s Fake-Discount Lawsuit

A Saks outlet customer who alleges he was duped by a fake discount on a pair of shoes can go ahead with his proposed class suit seeking money damages and injunctive relief, such as marketing changes.

Randy Nunez alleges that Saks Inc. employs inflated comparison prices and exaggerated discounts on its Saks Fifth Avenue-branded merchandise at its Off Fifth outlet stores.
