The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute sued Political Media Inc. and Constitutional Rights PAC for alleged trademark infringement over an advertising campaign to solicit donations using “Trump-Reagan Club” and “Trump Reagan” as branding, according to a filing in a California federal court.
Both of the entities’ websites identify Lawrence Ward as the CEO and president. Carter Clews is listed as “the godfather” and Jesse Benton as the executive director of CRPAC and “Trump Reagan.”
