Roblox Sued Over Not Refunding Deleted Avatar Clothing Purchases

Roblox Corp. was hit with a proposed federal court class action alleging the online platform and storefront removes users’ purchased content from their inventories without notice and without refunds, enriching itself at their expense.

Roblox is predominantly used by children and saw a huge surge during the Covid-19 pandemic, according to the complaint, filed on July 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
