Rite Aid Deflates Kiddie Pool Class Action

Rite Aid Corp. won’t face suit by a class of inflatable pool buyers dissatisfied with the product’s size after the California Court of Appeals affirmed denial of class certification Dec. 4.

The plaintiffs provided no means to identify who bought the more than 20,000 Kids Stuff Ready Set Pools sold by Rite Aid, Judge Jon B. Streeter wrote for the court.
