The L.A. Rams have reached a $24 million settlement with former ticketholders to resolve class claims the team misled them about plans to move to L.A.
The parties sought preliminary approval of the deal from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri Dec. 5.
Each class member will receive 30 percent of the price of their personal seat license, which amounts to a “substantial cash payment in the hundreds or thousands of dollars,” the settlement says.
