The San Francisco 49ers football team will receive $6 million from the general contractor that built the team’s stadium to settle indemnification claims stemming from a now-resolved class action over stadium accessibility, according to a filing in the Northern District of California.
Contractor Turner/Devcon Joint Venture notified the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California of the proposed settlement Thursday and requested a hearing date for approval of the agreement on Feb. 3.
