Moscone Center Operator Defeats Class Bid in OT, Break Lawsuit

A federal judge in California refused to certify a class of workers employed at sports arenas, theaters, and convention centers in San Francisco and Stockton, after finding they failed to show their state wage and breaks suit raised common issues or involved enough people.

The workers sought to certify two classes and 12 subclasses of similarly situated employees working at venues operated by SMG Holdings I LLC and related companies in California.
