Massachusetts Firm Cohen Cleary PC Breach Settlement Approved

Massachusetts law firm Cohen Cleary’s $150,000 class action settlement got final approval from a federal judge who called the pact fair and reasonable.

The deal had no objections or opt-outs, demonstrating an overwhelmingly positive response from the class, Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts said in an order docketed Friday.
