The last unnamed plaintiff in a $200 million gender discrimination lawsuit against Jones Day says “no legitimate interests would be harmed” in allowing her to remain anonymous two months longer than the firm proposes.
In a reply filed on July 3 with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Jane Doe 4 contended again that she should be allowed to continue the pseudonym until Oct. 1.
She and six other women have brought the class and collective action against the firm alleging systematic discrimination against female associates related to pay, promotions and pregnancy.
