HomeDeliveryLink Faces Certified Class in NY Wages Lawsuit

Shipping logistics company HomeDeliveryLink Inc. must defend class action claims that it misclassified and underpaid “contract carrier” drivers in New York, a U.S. district court in the state said.

Plaintiffs Mike Kloppel and Wilson Adams were contract carrier drivers for HDL who were assigned to transport shipments from Innovel Solutions, Inc. warehouses in New York to various locations on the east coast.
