Counsel for banks in a consolidated class action against Home Depot over a 2014 data breach were incorrectly awarded $14.1 million in fees, the Eleventh Circuit said Wednesday, vacating and remanding the award for a second time.
The district court should have entered an $11.73 million award, consistent with the appeals court’s prior ruling in the case, the Eleventh Circuit said in the unpublished decision.
