Hilton Rebate Case May Settle for $1.6 Million, Judge Indicates

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. and an affiliate will pay $1.6 million to thousands of consumers who allege they were unable to redeem their rebate certificates at certain hotels, after a federal judge in California signaled Wednesday he would grant final approval to a proposed settlement.
