Hecht Partners Exits Boeing 737 Class Action Over Attorney Rift

Hecht Partners LLP, one of the firms spun out from Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP, got permission to withdraw from litigation against Boeing Co. and Southwest Airlines Co. over an alleged design defect on the 737 Max 8 engine after a federal judge found that former colleagues could not get along.
