Goldman Sachs Urges N.Y. Court to Undo Women’s Gender Bias Class

Goldman Sachs & Co. wants a federal court in New York to decertify a class of female associates and vice presidents who allege their gender caused them to get lower performance reviews, saying they lack standing without their prospective relief claims.

When the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York certified the damages class in 2018, the women said they intended to seek declaratory and injunctive relief.
