Goldman Sachs & Co. has added more firepower to a team of litigators defending the investment banking firm in a massive sex discrimination suit headed to trial in Manhattan.
A group of lawyers from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe have joined the roster of Big Law attorneys defending Goldman in the suit, according to documents filed in a New York federal court Wednesday. The newcomers include Lynne Hermle, a high-profile Silicon Valley trial lawyer who’s had success in court defending SpaceX, Advanced Micro Devices Inc., and IBM in employment cases.
