The Golden State Warriors organization is facing a proposed class action filed in the Northern District of California alleging its website discriminates against visually impaired people.

Named plaintiff Kyo Hak Chu alleges she is denied “full and equal access” to the Warriors’ website as a visually impaired person and that the website is a store that constitutes a place of public accommodation.
