GEICO General Insurance Co. must face a class of injured Washington state customers who allege their benefits were cut off after a company physician determined they had recovered, a federal district court decided.
A class action would be more efficient than litigating individual cases, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington said in a decision Wednesday that certified the class and denied GEICO’s motion for summary judgment.
