Football Hall of Fame Ticket Holder Settlement Gets Early Nod

The Pro Football Hall of Fame will pay $750,000 to settle class claims brought by ticket holders for the 2016 NFL Hall of Fame Game, which was canceled at the last minute after a series of mistakes made the field unplayable, under an agreement given preliminary approval by a federal judge.

The settlement resolves claims by approximately 3,580 class members who purchased tickets to watch the Green Bay Packers play the Indianapolis Colts in the annual preseason game, slated to be held Aug. 7, 2016, at the NFL Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
