Domino’s Says $5.99 ‘Mix & Match’ Promo Row Must Be Arbitrated

Two Domino’s customers must arbitrate their claims that the pizza chain overcharges patrons who opt for its advertised $5.99 “Mix & Match deal,” Domino’s Pizza Inc. told a federal court in California.

Would-be class plaintiffs Jeff Smorowski and Daniel Lenhart allege the pizza chain charged them more than $5.99 per item on several occasions and knew consumers would rely on its advertising without verifying on their receipts if the discount had been applied to the deal.
