Disney Faces Allegations of Harassment on ‘Criminal Minds’ Set

Walt Disney Co. must face a lawsuit filed by a California agency over allegations of sexual harassment on the set of “Criminal Minds” after a superior court judge refused to dismiss the representative action.

California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing sued “Criminal Minds” creators Disney, ABC Studios Inc., CBS Studios Inc., and various producers in August.
