Dish Network LLC will have to face a certified class of consumers who allege the company and its authorized dealer engaged in improper telemarketing (Krakauer v. Dish Network, LLC, 2015 BL 291061, M.D.N.C., 1:14-cv-00333-CCE-JEP, 9/9/15).
The plaintiffs were certified as a class under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23 in a Sept. 9 ruling by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
