Commercial Litigator Michael Garfinkel Returns to Venable in LA

Michael Garfinkel has rejoined Venable as a partner in the commercial litigation group in Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.

Garfinkel represents studios, talent agencies, and artists in matters involving trademark, copyright, and right of publicity disputes, trade secrets, and defamation, said Venable.

He also represents clients in limited liability company and partnership disputes and consumer class action defense, according to the firm.

Garfinkel previously served at Venable from 2007 to 2011.
