New York and California Clif Bar buyers won class status in their lawsuit alleging Clif Bar & Co. portrays energy bars and kids’ bars as healthful when they contain high amounts of sugar.

Ralph Milan and Elizabeth Arnold challenge the Clif Bar “Nutrition for Sustained Energy” statement, and also allege several statements on Kid ZBars, including “Nourishing Kids in Motion,” deceptively convey a health and wellness message.
