CDK Global Inks $630 Million Deal in Auto Vendor Antitrust Suit

CDK Global Inc. reached a $630 million settlement with a certified class of automotive technology vendors who allege the company colluded with Reynolds & Reynolds Co. to inflate prices for data integration services.

Attorneys for the plaintiff vendors on Monday filed for preliminary approval of the settlement in the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, saying the deal would provide class members with $140 million more than the single damages of $490 million it would have sought at trial.
