Cadbury Settlement With Direct and Indirect Chocolate Purchasers Wins Final Approval

Cadbury wins final approval by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania for its settlements with indirect end-use purchasers, indirect resale purchasers, and direct purchasers alleging a conspiracy to fix prices (In re Chocolate Confectionary Antitrust Litigation, M.D. Pa., No. 1:08-mdl-1935-CCC).

In three separate orders, Judge Christopher C. Conner finally approves each settlement, defines each settlement class, and enters final judgment on claims against Cadbury plc, Cadbury Holdings, Ltd., and Cadbury Adams Canada, Inc.
