Bozzuto Renter Advances Claims Over Hidden Utility Services Fee

Bozzuto Management Co., a property management group headquartered in Maryland, failed to convince a federal judge to nix claims from a potential class action alleging the company doesn’t tell renters about utility fees and service charges when they apply to live in apartments.

The US District Court for the District of Columbia denied Bozzuto’s motion for summary judgment, and granted the plaintiff’s cross-motion on one subcount Monday.
