Bojangles’ Hit With Class Actions Over Proposed Merger

Bojangles’ Inc. didn’t provide investors with enough information before having them vote on a proposed merger, two new class actions allege.

Sharon Kasper sued in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware Dec. 12 and Reba Purdessy sued in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Dec. 13.

Both suits are on behalf of the hundreds or thousands of investors who own the 37.5 million shares of Bojangles’ stock.
