Barrett-Jackson Hit With Class Action for Loss of Data in Breach

Collector car auctioneer Barrett-Jackson Holdings LLC is facing a class action filed in federal court alleging it failed to protect customers’ and employees’ personal and health information from a November 2024 data breach.

Steven Swinnerton alleges that the breach exposed sensitive data like Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, financial information, and health records.
