Wisconsin’s Aurora Health Care Inc. and a proposed class of employees will settle a lawsuit challenging the fees and investment options in the company’s $3.5 billion retirement plan, the parties said in a federal court filing.
The parties reached a classwide agreement in the weeks following a private mediation session held in August, and they plan to file details of the deal for court approval by Oct. 24, they said in the filing.
