Apple Consumer Can’t Revive iCloud Storage Deception Lawsuit

An Apple Inc. consumer who said the technology company didn’t provide as much iCloud storage as it promised failed to convince a federal appeals court to revive her contract and consumer protection claims Wednesday.

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said the consumer didn’t allege a cognizable contractual breach or that reasonable consumers would be misled by Apple’s promises.
