Angie’s List Skirts Service Provider’s Contract, Fraud Claims

Angie’s List Inc. successfully staved off a service provider’s proposed class breach of contract and fraud claims concerning disclosure of its contact information, but the plaintiff has another chance to make a case, a California federal court said.

Under its contract with Angie’s List, Pro Water Solutions Inc. paid a monthly fee to be included on its online service-provider list, Judge Otis D.
