Allergan Keeps N.J. Breast Implant Suit in Federal Court

Allergan Inc. and Allergan USA Inc. can keep New Jersey plaintiffs’ breast implant suit in the federal court in New Jersey, following its ruling that jurisdiction is proper under the Class Action Fairness Act.
