A San Francisco federal court granted final approval of Adobe’s $1 million settlement to resolve a class lawsuit over claims that the software company used an auto dialer to make thousands of unsolicited cellphone calls in violation of federal law.
The settlement class approved by Judge Richard Seeborg on Wednesday is made of anyone in the U.S. who is not a current or former Adobe customer and whose cellphone lines Adobe called using the “Genesys OB dialer” between Feb. 27, 2015, and March 9, 2020.
