Bischoff to Step Down as Chair of JPMorgan’s Largest UK Unit (1)

Win Bischoff is stepping down as the chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s main operating business in the UK after a seven year term.

Timothy Flynn will replace Bischoff as chairman of JP Morgan Securities Plc, which houses the investment bank. A spokesperson for the firm confirmed the changes.

Bischoff, 81, took on the role in 2015. He has also served in a variety of board roles, including chairman of its UK remuneration committee.
