Venture Global to Seek $110b Valuation in IPO Pitch: Reuters

Venture Global LNG will seek a non-diluted valuation of as much as $110 billion when it formally begins pitching to investors on Monday for its initial public offering, Reuters reported.

The company plans to set a preliminary price range of $40 to $46 per share when it begins marketing, the report said, citing a person familiar with the matter and a document. Venture Global plans to float on the New York Stock Exchange.

That would value the company at $96 billion to $110 billion on a non-diluted basis, Reuters said.
