Unilever Ice Cream Spinoff Pushed to December on US Shutdown (1)

Unilever Plc’s spinoff of its ice cream unit will start trading nearly a month later than planned, after the listing was delayed by the US government shutdown.

Magnum Ice Cream Co. will start trading in Amsterdam, London and New York on Dec. 8, according to a statement on Tuesday. The debut was initially set for the start of next week but the company postponed the listing last month citing the shutdown.
