Thoma Bravo’s SailPoint, Holders Seek $1.05 Billion in IPO (1)

SailPoint Inc., an enterprise security software company owned by Thoma Bravo, and shareholders are seeking to raise as much as $1.05 billion in its initial public offering.

The Austin-based company and a group of its shareholders are offering shares for $19 to $21 each, according to its filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. At the top of the price range, SailPoint would have a market value of about $11.5 billion based on the outstanding shares listed in its filing.
