Surveillance Firm Hawkeye 360 Seeks Up to $416 Million in US IPO

Hawkeye 360 Inc., a provider of satellite-based signals intelligence for US government agencies is seeking to raise $416 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to market 16 million shares for $24 to $26 each, according to its filing Monday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. At the top of that range, Hawkeye 360 would have a market value of $2.4 billion based on the outstanding shares listed in its filing.
