Space Firm Voyager Raises $383 Million in IPO Priced Above Range

Voyager Technologies Inc. raised $383 million in an upsized US initial public offering Tuesday, pricing its shares above a marketed range.

The Denver-based defense contractor sold more than 12.3 million shares for $31 each, according to a statement Tuesday. The company had earlier marketed 11 million shares for $26 to $29 apiece, a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission shows.

At the IPO price, Voyager Technologies has a market value of $1.75 billion based on the outstanding shares listed in its filings.
